This will help us provide you with the most accurate and helpful information for your building project. Once we receive your completed response we’ll call to arrange a time to meet for an initial consultation to discuss you project further.
During our initial consultation, Adam will meet you onsite or at our office to discuss your ideas and desires for your new home. Adam will discuss building design, dreams and visions and any other factors that will impact the final design of your new home. At the completion of this consultation, Adam will discuss a preliminary agreement which will allow us to proceed to the next stages that include concept sketch, formal plans, engineering & footing design, site survey and the preparation of a fixed price quote.
We will arrange an appointment with yourself and our designer and brief them on your requirements from the initial consultation. After this meeting, you will receive a concept sketch and floor plan for your review and approval. Adam will be involved in this process with you to ensure we achieve all the desired outcomes for your new home. At this stage, we will also obtain other documentation as required including any council drain locations and any adjoining services from the relevant authorities.
At this stage we will complete final plans including floor plans, elevations, sections and electrical plans. We can also complete cabinetry designs, internal and external space planning and colour consultation if required. Engineering, footing & slab design , Council approval costs and energy rating assessment report are acquired during this stage. At the completion of this stage Adam will issue you with a fix priced construction quote and specification to complete your dream home.
Upon your acceptance of formal quotation a Master builders new home building contract will be drawn up and signed along with Final Construction Plans, Engineering, Specification and any other relevant documentation by both you and Adam. At this time you will receive your log in details to our online, Smartphone and tablet app that will give you access to your project schedule, updates, photos, make your fixtures and fittings selections and also allow you to communicate with us as often as you require during the construction process. We will then obtain all relevant building approvals and prepare to start construction.
Congratulations construction is about to begin!!! You can expect us to commence works on site within ten business days of receiving all relevant approvals from the council certifier. We will then have our team of experienced tradesman and suppliers complete your home to the highest quality of workmanship and attention to detail. During the construction stage, Adam will be in constant communication with you and his trades to ensure his dedication and shared vision in delivering you an exceptional home is achieved, on time and on budget.
The most exciting stage of your new home build is the handover. Adam will meet you onsite and do a walkthrough final inspection with you prior to you receiving the keys. You’ll be taken through all the features of your home allowing you to see firsthand the level of detail and quality of finishes AMH achieve on all their new homes. At the handover, you will receive a handover kit which includes all certificates, warranty booklets for your new appliances and all documentation relevant to your new home.
At Adam Mason Homes we know you will be 100% happy with your completed home. We contact you during the 6 months post completion maintenance period and if necessary, arrange to rectify any minor settlement and adjustment issues. We will still be available for you to contact us with questions or queries you may have with your new home, long after handover.
