Small Lot Homes
With land close to the city becoming more scarce many blocks are being split into two lots. Narrow lot designs need to combine smart use of internal floor plans whilst still maximising outside spaces for the children and pets to run around,or a pool. Adam Mason Homes is experienced with the constraints with building on narrow lots and have processes in place to overcome these for a smooth construction process.
Sloping/Steep Sites
A huge advantage of working with Adam Mason Homes from the design process allows us to work closely with the designer to draw the home to perfectly suit the lot on which the house will be built. This is evermore important with steep or sloping sites. We can design and construct a split level home that contours to the natural slope of the land minimising site excavation and ultimately saving you money.
Knock Down Rebuild
When many clients think of home improvement they instantly think renovation. When renovating a home there are many limitations with working around existing features to adopt modern floor plan layouts. Add to this many non compliant products :eg asbestos and the cost to renovate and existing home can be up to 20% more than a new home on the same site.
